Rectangular valves

Our stainless steel RGV uses patented solution called C-Loc ™. This means; no contact between the valve body and the locking mechanism, an advantage that reduces vibration and allows smooth movement. RGVs are adapted for high-vacuum applications and so-called “load-lock” functions which are used, among other things, in the manufacture of semiconductors, but can of course also be used in other applications where greater access to the vacuum system is needed.
