A contamination declaration must always be included when service.
Each employer is responsible for the health and safety of its employees.

It is therefore of the utmost importance that users / customers who in their production expose the pumps / components, which they wish to have serviced, to health hazardous gases / liquids or other health impacts, clearly declare this in a form.

The purpose of the declaration is thus to inform the supplier if there is a potential risk of contamination of equipment that is subject to service. This declaration must always be available on the OUTSIDE of the packaging if the product is sent to the supplier.

Based on this information, the supplier may, if necessary, take the necessary measures.
