Calibration

Calibration of vacuum sensors

We offer calibration of vacuum sensors according to our method C:1508 edition 1, which is accredited according to SS/EN ISO 17025 by Swedac. Our accreditation range ranges from 1000 mbar absolute pressure to 0.00001 mbar. Should you need an accredited calibration at a lower pressure, we have a partner who can handle it too.

Read more about what accreditation according to SS/EN ISO 17025 means on Swedac’s website. www.swedac.se

In the calibration certificate for vacuum sensors you get:

  • Your vacuum sensor’s correction compared to actual pressure

  • Measurement uncertainty during calibration

  • Measurement result before possible adjustment

  • All external factors that may affect calibration

Calibration pressure sensor

We also offer comparison calibration of overpressure sensors. We have the capacity to calibrate 0-100 bar gauge pressure. Please note that we work according to SS/EN ISO 17025, but are not yet accredited in the area.

In the calibration certificate for overpressure sensors you get:

  • Your overpressure sensor’s correction compared to actual pressure

  • Measurement uncertainty during calibration

  • Measurement result before possible adjustment

  • All external factors that may affect calibration

Calibration of helium leak detectors

We offer comparative calibration of helium leak detectors as well as helium test leaks. Our normal is traceable to Dakks in Germany (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle D-K-15162-01-00)

After calibration, we issue a calibration protocol, in which you get:

  • The result before and after calibration.

  • The value of the built-in test leak (if attached)

For helium test leaks:

  • Measured helium leakage.

Calibration laboratory

The calibration laboratory is based at our head office in Askim outside Gothenburg. We also perform comparative calibration in the field on demand.

Subscription

If you are interested in a subscription for calibration, you can contact us. Together we decide the scope and intervals between calibrations. We will then contact you when it is time to calibrate your vacuum sensors.
